I believe this is my first cookbook in the Armchair Travel series. Camping is such a destination-oriented activity and something I’ve always enjoyed. I think that largely has to do with the fact that I have a strong affinity for s’mores and nothing says campfire cooking like toasted marshmallows.
Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Recipes for the Great Outdoors by Robin Donovan is a field guide to cooking in the forest, with more than 100 recipes that go beyond s’mores, like bourbon-glazed chicken and grilled cauliflower with coconut curry sauce.
